Job Summary:
The Business Analyst supports operational risk assessments across Consumer Bank processes by facilitating stakeholder collaboration, documenting risks, and designing controls. This role is responsible for leading workshops, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and control partners.
The position requires strong analytical skills, experience in risk management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assessments while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate operational risk assessments across multiple business processes
Identify and engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Review process maps and documentation to inform risk and control documentation
Lead workshops and working sessions to progress risk assessments
Document risks and design appropriate controls
Collaborate with control partners for review and approvals
Manage 2–3 concurrent risk assessments throughout the engagement
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analysis and documentation
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
5–7 years of experience in operational risk management
Strong experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting processes, risks, and controls
