Description
Business Analyst needs 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments.
Business Analyst requires:
Business Analyst, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, MRP systems, Aerospace, Defense
Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, and data analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to various stakeholders.
Understanding of industry-specific regulatory, operational, and supply chain considerations in aerospace and defense.
Professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, & Microsoft Project) as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are highly regarded.
Prior experience working on government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects.
Ability to lead process standardization, drive strategic alignment, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
