PURPOSE
The Business Analyst is responsible for undertaking the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based. The Business Analyst identifies and defines requirements for the use of technology to improve the Fund's processes and systems and quantify potential business benefits. This position also has primary responsibility for supporting the Fund's contract intake process and related improvement initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Years of Experience and Knowledge
Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in a business analyst role required
Demonstrable experience in the following skills:
Facilitation
Interviewing
Negotiation
Written communication
Presentation
Technology Management
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with business and IT users at all levels, both individually and in groups
Possess an extensive knowledge of technology and business operations across multiple business sectors (preferably with a background in health care)
Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as MS Power Platform or similar workflow automation tools.
Experience working with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar applications.
Experience developing, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics.
Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards
Evidence of troubleshooting and solving problems in a highly technical customer focused service environment
Experience in multiple project methodologies (waterfall and agile) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Kanban, etc.)
Self-starter with significant skill in relationship building

Salary range for this position: Salary $64,100 to $80,100. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday ~ Friday with potential for
hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
