- 1-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and data models.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
