Business Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $43-53 Per HR
Description
This position is based in a fully onsite setting and involves end-to-end management of feedback data across various channels. The role requires translating large data sets into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline feedback data to provide a unified source of insights for decision-making.
- Analyze unstructured data to identify key issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure findings influence product and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting on customer sentiment and product performance.
- Implement new analytical tools and methods to improve program efficiency and predictiveness.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or similar fields.
- Experience with feedback platforms and sentiment analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive action from customer feedback across functions.
- Excellent communication skills and data visualization proficiency.
