Business Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $25-35 Per HR
The role is based in Plano, TX, and involves a 12-month contract working onsite. The position requires a professional with experience in systems administration, business analysis, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will manage various business operations tasks, utilizing advanced skills in generic technology tools.
Description
- Monitor and manage registrations and applications through the internal portal.
- Communicate with applicants to fulfill contract requirements.
- Review and validate requirements for submissions.
- Support credit requests for new and existing clients.
- Maintain master information tables and report on application status.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer/vendor management.
- Prepare scope documents for RFI/RFP processes and summarize proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication services across business units.
- Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications and metrics.
- Review and document contracts and cost proposals.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Track project budgets and monitor expenditures against budgets.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations/project coordination or management.
- Experience with vendor relationships and customer onboarding.
- Proficiency in RFI/RFP procurement processes end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-demand environment.
- Advanced knowledge of generic technology tools and systems.
