This role requires a detail oriented individual who can effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.
Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Support the implementation of business solutions and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Data Analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proven experience in business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong focus on data analysis.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
