Strong Banking domain knowledge, particularly in Risk and Compliance, with experience translating business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements.
Strong Business Analysis and requirement management experience.
Strong understanding of banking / financial-services business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT artifacts.
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
Strong documentation, presentation, and technical-writing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Visio is desirable.
Good to Have
Experience working within a large global financial institution.
Exposure to enterprise governance, risk management, controls, regulatory, compliance, or transformation initiatives.
Experience with data visualization/reporting tools.
Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or equivalent Agile tools.
Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.-
