This role is responsible for creating engaging content in Spanish and localizing English content for Spanish-speaking markets across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has native or near-native fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and effective marketing communication.
Key Responsibilities- Create, write, and edit engaging Spanish-language content for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Translate and adapt a wide range of English content, including web pages, product descriptions, marketing copy, and articles, while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and intent.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop new content ideas and ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual assets.
- Proofread and edit all translated Spanish content to ensure grammatical correctness, accuracy, and adherence to company style guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, particularly those affecting Spanish-speaking audiences, to continuously refine content strategy.
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Translator, or similar role, with a portfolio of published articles or relevant writing samples.
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
