Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will support data management and analysis initiatives by maintaining MS Access databases, managing SharePoint-integrated data, and developing solutions for consolidating datasets. This role requires strong technical expertise in data manipulation and automation within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain multiple MS Access files integrated with SharePoint lists
Create queries and manage data within SharePoint environments
Develop and support Python scripts to consolidate MS Access databases and Excel files
Perform data analysis, manipulation, and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability
Support reporting and database development initiatives
Required Experience:
5–7 years of data analysis and data management experience
Strong experience with SharePoint lists
Advanced MS Access experience (Forms/VBA automation)
Experience with Python for data processing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience building databases
Analytical and reporting experience
Post-secondary education in computer science or related field
