Business Analyst

IT Business Analysts bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping CR&R modernize operations through projects like our Salesforce Customer Service implementation and custom application development.

What You'll Do

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
• Support the implementation of Salesforce for Customer Service, including configuration, testing, and user documentation
• Assist in the design and development of custom applications by translating business needs into functional specifications
• Create process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teams
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rollout
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation efforts across systems
• Assist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systems
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, IT, or related support role (internships welcome)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business applications a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly / Salary Range: _$32/hour non-exempt___
• Monday - Friday, standard business hours
