Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6 7 years of experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.

• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.

• Work closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and project managers.

• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.

• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

• Assist with UAT planning, test cases, defect tracking, and user acceptance.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

• Maintain project documentation and requirement traceability.

• Communicate project status, risks, and requirements to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• BRD / FRD / Functional Specifications.

• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

• Agile / Scrum methodology.

• Jira / Confluence.

• UAT and Testing Support.

• Process Mapping and Gap Analysis.

• Stakeholder Management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• SQL knowledge.

• API / Web Services understanding.

• Experience working with data and reporting teams.

• Visio / Lucidchart.

• Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
