- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
- Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML), and user story writing.
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Preferred Certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
