Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst with Risk & Compliance for a Contract job with a client in Plano TX, Charlotte NC, Kennesaw GA. Hybrid.
You will lead complex regulatory and audit engagements and ensure accurate executive-ready responses through collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Rate Range: $40/hour to $45/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst with Risk & Compliance job responsibilities include:
• Analyze and synthesize technical evidence and documentation, ensuring completeness, clarity, and alignment with regulatory expectations. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to assess control deficiencies and drive appropriate risk mitigation actions. • Communicate risk and compliance insights effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for audit trails, regulatory reviews, and internal governance processes. • Support continuous improvement of risk management practices, leveraging knowledge of risk frameworks, compliance standards, and project management principles.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelors or masters degree in business, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years in audit, compliance, exam management, or operational risk within a technology environment. • Proven ability to lead and manage regulatory audit and GCOR engagements with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information into executive-ready messaging.

Pay Details:
