These detailed insights are distilled into a long-term forecast which you will present to senior management. You will manage a wide variety of tasks to build this forecast including:

    • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, driving efficient results, brokering relationships to key internal partners, and supporting their career development

    • Lead the design and execution of PNC’s cash flow engine (QRM) implementation; Connect transaction-level source data, econometric and behavioral models, forecast assumptions, and reporting outputs into a streamlined production process

    • Develop the “story” behind each forecast, supported by LOB, industry, peer, and macroeconomic trends; Present forecast and material risks to senior management within LOB, Finance, and Executive Capital Committee

    • Address executive and regulator feedback with detailed analyses to assess the impact of new business activity, current risk themes, and recent model redevelopments

    • Lead the development and ongoing analytical support of qualitative timeseries models, particularly models supporting PNC’s non-interest expense projections

Balance Sheet Management offers many tools to you and your team to perform these tasks. In addition to the QRM vendor model (Quantitative Risk Management), fluency with Python, SQL, and LLM-assisted tools will greatly aid the team in producing more detailed and efficient analysis.

PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.
