- Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients' program/project specifications and objectives.
- Translate business needs into system requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications that describe the necessary system changes/configurations or new system features.
- Provide content expertise for application configuration and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of all identified business processes.
- Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
- Support all phases of the implementation: requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment.
