Your Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday: 7:15 AM–4:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Dental or medical administrative experience

• Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plan presentation

• Experience educating patients about treatment and financial options

• Dental insurance knowledge preferred

• Familiarity with CDT codes

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.

• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.

• Verify dental insurance benefits, including deductibles, annual maximums, copayments, and coverage limitations.

• Present treatment estimates and help patients understand their financial responsibilities.

• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims as needed.

• Collect payments and assist with billing questions and financial arrangements.

• Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidential information.

• Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to support efficient daily operations.

• Assist with administrative tasks, appointment reminders, and maintaining an organized front office.
