Business Developer / Outside Sales Representative

We’re hiring for a Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Wenatchee, WA.

In this role, you'll:

Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Meet with business owners and decision-makers

Build long-term client relationships

Present staffing and workforce solutions

Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service

Grow existing accounts while expanding your territory

What we're looking for:

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings
• Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Base Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus commission based on your sales performance.
• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
