FASTSIGNS of Clermont is seeking a motivated sales professional to develop new commercial business, grow customer relationships, and build recurring signage and visual communication programs.

We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, confidently start conversations, and follow through-from the initial introduction to a completed project and the next order. You'll work directly with ownership and our design and production teams to help businesses find the right solutions while building profitable, long-term accounts.

What You'll Do

Develop New Business

• Identify and pursue opportunities with business owners, property managers, contractors, developers, franchise operators, and organizations.
• Build a sales pipeline through outbound calls, personalized emails, networking, referrals, and customer meetings.
• Research business openings, relocations, renovations, and commercial developments that may need signage.
• Follow up consistently on leads and estimates to convert opportunities into paid orders.

Build and Grow Customer Accounts

• Understand each customer's business, brand standards, and ongoing signage needs.
• Develop relationships that generate repeat orders, referrals, and additional opportunities.
• Pursue corporate and multi-location accounts with recurring signage and print needs.
• Help develop and manage B2B online storefronts that allow customers to order and reorder approved products.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts across locations, departments, or product categories.

Coordinate Sales and Projects

• Recommend signage and visual communication solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals in coordination with ownership, design, and production.
• Confirm specifications, dimensions, quantities, deadlines, and installation requirements.
• Obtain required approvals and deposits in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams throughout each project.

Manage Your Pipeline and Results

• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, project notes, and follow-ups in CoreBridge and other approved systems.
• Track proposals, account opportunities, and next steps.
• Maintain company pricing and profitability standards.
• Provide updates on pipeline activity, closed sales, new accounts, and recurring business.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related customer relationship role.
• Confidence making outbound calls and initiating new business relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and sound time management.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and coordinate with a small team.
• Comfort using business software and learning new systems.
• Willingness to learn signage products, materials, production processes, and installation requirements.
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and maintain consistent sales activity in a remote environment.

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

• Signage, printing, promotional products, or visual communications experience.
• Success developing commercial, corporate, or multi-location accounts.
• Experience with B2B e-commerce, company stores, online catalogs, or customer reorder programs.
• Familiarity with CoreBridge, CRM platforms, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems.
• Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, or developing account growth strategies.

You do not need experience with every platform listed. We value the ability to build relationships, learn our business, and turn opportunities into profitable, repeat business.

Compensation and Opportunity

• Base pay: $20 per hour-approximately $41,600 annually at 40 hours per week, before commissions.
• Commissions: Eligible gross-profit-based commissions, calculated and paid monthly under the written commission plan.
• Account growth potential: Qualifying sales include accounts you originate and accounts assigned by management, including eligible repeat orders and corporate storefront sales while you actively manage the account.
• Direct access to ownership: Contribute ideas and help shape our commercial account and recurring business programs.

Work Schedule and Remote Flexibility

This is a full-time, hourly position with an anticipated 40-hour workweek.

Remote flexibility is available for qualified candidates who can independently develop business, manage accounts, and collaborate effectively with our team.

The work arrangement will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, location, and business needs. Some in-person onboarding, customer meetings, site visits, or team collaboration may be required. Travel and attendance expectations will be established before hire.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this role includes consistent prospecting, new commercial accounts, timely estimate follow-up, profitable sales, repeat business, accurate documentation, and strong customer relationships. Performance will be reviewed during the first 90 days and periodically thereafter.
