Responsibilities:
Prospect for new potential borrowers
Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors
Respond to and qualify incoming capital inquiries
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team
Build a network in the real estate investment industry
Qualifications:
Sales focused with a competitive and driven personality
Effective communicator and relationship networker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
2+ years of work experience is a plus

$45k base salary plus commissions ($45-70k+ year 1)
