At Mazda of Wesley Chapel, the customer experience starts long before someone walks through our doors. We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Agent to help connect customers with our sales team, schedule appointments, and create a professional and welcoming first impression of our dealership.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, phone experience, and a customer-first mindset. Experience in automotive is helpful, but backgrounds in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, account management, hospitality, or sales support can translate well into this role.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to connect with prospective customers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Build rapport and provide a positive, helpful experience throughout the customer's initial interaction with the dealership.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our CRM.
• Partner with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, appointment-setting, account management, sales support, or phone experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and managing a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
• A positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in helping customers.
