About the Opportunity
Karl Malone Park City Auto Dealerships is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Specialist to join our team in the heart of Park City, Utah. This role sits at the center of our sales and service growth engine—converting digital and phone leads into showroom and service appointments that drive revenue and long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone inquiries, text messages, and chat requests for both sales and service
- Qualify prospects, schedule showroom and service appointments, and confirm them to maximize show rates
- Manage and update the dealership CRM with accurate notes, next steps, and follow-up tasks
- Conduct outbound follow-up campaigns on aged leads, no-shows, and previous customers to re-engage interest
- Coordinate closely with sales consultants, service advisors, and managers to ensure a seamless hand-off
- Maintain high activity metrics (calls, texts, emails, appointments set) while delivering a friendly, consultative customer experience
- Support special promotions, events, and manufacturer campaigns as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet approachable phone presence
- Proven ability (or clear aptitude) to work in a high-volume inbound/outbound environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, text platforms, and basic computer tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Customer-first mindset with resilience and a positive attitude under pressure
- Previous BDC, automotive, call-center, or high-volume customer service experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site at our Park City location
