Five Star Ford Stone Mountain is hiring an Experienced Automotive Business Development Center Representative for our busy Service Department 

This Job is FOR YOU if you: 

• Have Previous Automotive BDC Center Experience - Minimum 2 Years Experience Required 
• Are comfortable interacting via the Phone for an 8 hour shift 
• Succeed in Customer Service and have Proven Communication Skills 
• Appreciate training, a script to follow to ensure success and an aggressive payplan to reward your efforts and achievements!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Answer inbound calls from our own service customers and Set Appointments for our Service Customers 
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customers as needed to reset any missed appointments 
• Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
• Previous Customer Service experience a must! 
• Excellent computer skills required
• Valid Driver’s License
