This role serves as the team\s first point of contact for a portfolio of named System Integrator (SI) partners, helping develop and accelerate these partnerships through planning, practice development, promotion, business development, and relationship management. The role reports to an existing Portfolio Partner Manager.

- Expand mindshare for the client within named SI partner organizations
- Develop and maintain healthy, sustainable partner relationships by expanding skill base, supporting offering development, promoting the relationship, and identifying/advancing pipeline
- Accelerate the impact of partners on client adoption
- Balance priorities within a portfolio of relationships to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate across teams - account teams, sales leaders, sales solution architects, delivery leaders, enablement leaders, cloud specialists, field marketing, and operations - to drive outcomes
- Support practice and skills development for SI partners through enablement programs, differentiated asset/offering development, internal promotion, and marketing activities
- Build and manage the network of relationships, processes, and meeting cadence with each partner

- 5+ years of experience in partner management/partnership development at a top technology or other market-leading company
