JOB SUMMARY The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting business development initiatives, inside sales activities, and administrative functions that contribute to revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This role provides inside sales support for the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NWPT) service line, assists the Vice President of Business Development with administrative and organizational responsibilities, and coordinates sales performance tracking and KPI reporting. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and effective collaboration with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to support business development objectives. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Support insides sales activities for NWPT service line, including prospective outreach, referral source follow-up, lead tracking, and coordination of sales opportunities. · Assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities through research, customer engagement, and follow-up with prospective and existing referral sources. · Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers and Operations to support customer onboarding, implementation of new business, and successful service delivery. · Provide administrative support to the VP of Business Development, including scheduling, meeting coordination, preparation of presentation, and follow-up on key initiatives. · Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline information, customer activity, and business development documentation to support visibility into sales performance and opportunities. · Compile, track, and maintain business development KPIs, including sales activity, pipeline development, revenue trends, customer retention, and other key performance indicators. · Prepare recurring sales reports, scorecards, dashboards, and performance summaries to support leadership meetings, QBR’s, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. · Monitor sales activity and reporting trends, identifying discrepancies, outstanding action items, and opportunities for process improvement. QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES · Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field · 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, sales administration or related role. · Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or service-based environment. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative tools and platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Power Point, Microsoft, CRM experience is a must. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines · Experience supporting or managing trade shows and events · Data-driven mindset for tracking KPIs and optimizing marketing performance MasVida Health Care Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
