Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing IT consulting firm. This is a remote, full-time role, ideal for individuals with 0-06 Months of experience in business development. Internship experience in business development or IT sales will be considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an educational background in MBA, BBA, or BTech, and a desire to build a career in the B2B IT consulting industry. Candidates must be comfortable working the night shift to support our international business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients in the IT consulting space.
  • Generate leads using platforms like Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn, aligned with the EST time zone.
  • Schedule and participate in virtual meetings to understand client needs and present services.
  • Assist senior team members with sales pitches, presentations, and client follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain and update lead data and activity tracking in CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Learn and clearly communicate the value of our offerings including SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support smooth handoff of deals to project and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA / BBA (Marketing or Sales preferred) and/or BTech in a relevant discipline.
  • 0- 06 months of experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Internship experience in business development or IT services will be considered a plus.
  • Exposure to B2B sales; knowledge of SaaS or IT consulting is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and HubSpot CRM is preferred.
  • Prior exposure in US sales or Customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup during night shift hours (EST time zone).
