Business Development Executive

We may be searching for you - assuming you "yessed" to those questions above! We are searching for a Business Development Executive to join a growing MSP client in Baltimore County. We've partnered with this MSP for over 2 years. This MSP offers a wide range of IT services and hardware to small to medium sized business typically tied to the Mid Atlantic. Our ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They will be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. Evidence of relationship building and negotiation skills are keys, in addition to speaking to IT executives regarding technical subject matter. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients needing IT support Frequenting in person events in the Baltimore metro to meet potential clients Manage sales pipeline - understanding realistic timelines/targets Analyze market and establish competitive advantages vs competing MSPs Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred ***Ability to report to Sparks, MD at least once per week, likely closer to three times per week until established.
