Global Construction / Kapella Group is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to help drive growth within our commercial construction and renovation divisions.
This is not a maintenance account role.
We are looking for a true hunter — someone who understands relationship-driven business development, knows how to open doors, generate opportunities, build pipelines, and help convert opportunities into revenue within commercial construction markets.

Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 DOE
