Main PurposeSupport and enable strategic commercial decision-making through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and leadership of key initiatives in Pricing, Sales Excellence, CRM, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Strategic Projects. The role acts as a strategic partner to the Andean BU, driving profitable growth, margin expansion, and commercial excellence through structured methodologies, digital tools, and advanced analytical models.It is responsible for designing strategic frameworks that ensure an integrated approach to Revenue Growth Management, pricing policies, sales force effectiveness, CRM adoption, and digital channel development, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.Its impact is cross‑functional across the Andean countries, influencing portfolio decisions, commercial investments, profitability, business sustainability, and customer experience from a data‑driven perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead the Andean BU pricing strategy aligned with financial objectives and market dynamics.Strategic Pricing & Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Develop pricing waterfall models, elasticity analysis, discount and promotion analytics.Identify margin expansion opportunities and portfolio mix optimization.Monitor the impact of price changes on revenue, profitability, and market share.Define and implement strategic pricing policy guidelines within the ERP system.Lead analysis and recommendations for Project Sales and strategic quotations.Prepare executive‑level reports and insights.Business Intelligence & Data AnalyticsLead the commercial data architecture and governance for the Andean BU.Develop strategic dashboards to monitor KPIs (Revenue, Margin, NPS, Sell‑in/Sell‑out, Mix).Implement predictive models and advanced analytics for forecasting and planning.Integrate market intelligence and competitive analysis into decision‑making processes.Automate reporting and analytical processes to improve speed and accuracy.Promote a data‑driven decision‑making culture across the organization.Sales Excellence & Commercial EffectivenessDesign and implement the Andean Sales Force Effectiveness strategy.Define and monitor commercial KPIs aligned with regional strategy.Develop sales incentive programs in coordination with regional leadership.Identify capability gaps and propose targeted training plans.Lead the implementation of global commercial methodologies.Support cadence meetings and performance follow‑up processes.Lead the regional CRM strategy ensuring alignment with global ambition.Ensure effective CRM adoption through training and documentation.Oversee lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline governance.Implement commercial best practices and regional standardization.Coordinate with global teams on system evolution global pricing and business support improvement initiatives.Coordinate regional implementation of global best practices.Complexity of the JobThe occupant manages vendors from different geographical regions with various financial and legal conditions and the level and impact of decisions the occupant needs to make, manages revenue, CAPEX, Sales, etc.Impact across Andean countries.Cross‑functional influence over Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.High exposure to global teams.Strategic responsibility without direct operational leadership of large teams.Key role in driving digital transformation and advancing the region's analytical maturity.Education, Experience, Language, & Physical RequirementsAcademic Level: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.Postgraduate degree or Master's in Business Intelligence, Business Strategy, MBA Analytics, Commercial Management, or related areas is preferred.Language: Advanced English proficiency, minimum B2 level.Knowledge / ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, financial planning, business intelligence, or revenue management roles.Proven experience in building analytical models and BI tools.Experience working closely with commercial teams.Desirable experience in CRM implementation and digital transformation initiatives.Experience in multicountry environments or global matrix organizations.Technical KnowledgeRevenue Growth Management (RGM).Pricing Strategy.Elasticity modeling and
