Job Description:

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

• Develop and distribute monthly E Mobility communications to dealer partners and regional teams.
• Support the design, coordination, and ongoing management of E Mobility Committees and Working Groups.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) requirements and related regulatory initiatives.
• Own important BMW EV initiatives such as Dealer Charging, MINI Charging & Employee Charging.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Customer Relations inquiries regarding BMW E Mobility products and services.
• Coordinate and manage dealer feedback related to E Mobility programs, tools, and support initiatives.
• Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolution of inquiries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of E Mobility programs.
• Maintain a regular presence in a BMW office while supporting a hybrid work environment, with in-office requirements determined by business needs and leadership direction.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of automotive experience.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; strong Excel skills are a must.
• Demonstrated forecasting abilities and understanding of business processes.
• Technically inclined and willing to learn new skills as needed for forecasting and decision making.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance demands from several different stakeholders.
• Ability to independently formulate solutions to complex problems and add repeatable value to unstructured business processes.
• Willingness to tackle diverse projects and embrace ambiguity and rapid change.
• Incredible work ethic: willing to go way above and beyond.
• Preference:
• Experience in working with customers and dealers.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $127,800.00.

In support of BMW Group's business objectives, this position requires regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid).

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Specifics: Position reports to Alexander Schleicher, Head of E-Mobility. It is Woodcliff Lake, NJ based and is in function level EL V exempt. The selected candidate's Personal Grade (PG) and geographical location will be used as the final components of the salary band assignment. Relocation assistance is not available.
