Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Create customized solutions to meet clients' logistics needs
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record in sales and business development

Desired Experience:
