Business Development Manager, Freight Forwarding

Are you a freight forwarding sales pro who knows cold chain? A fast-growing international forwarder is hiring a Business Development Manager, Freight Forwarding, in Hialeah to grow its perishables business. You'll report to the Regional Director.

What you'll do

• Win new business with importers, exporters, growers, and distributors.
• Sell air and ocean freight, warehousing, customs brokerage, and value-added services.
• Build proposals and pricing, and work closely with operations to make sure shipments go smoothly.
• Hit sales and margin targets, and keep the CRM current.

What you bring

• Freight forwarding sales experience, ideally in perishables or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain, transit times, and airline capacity.
• A record of closing deals.
• A bachelor's degree and valid U.S. work authorization.
• English is required, and Spanish is highly preferred.
• A Miami perishables network and CargoWise are a plus.
