Business Development Manager - Staffing Services

West Region

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through strategic outreach and networking
• Build relationships with hospitality and commercial business leaders
• Identify workforce challenges and present staffing solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Partner with operations to ensure exceptional client delivery
• Develop long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue\

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in hospitality or hotel-related industries (required)
• Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups, resorts, casinos, or similar commercial customers
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned region
  

Hospitality-related sales may include staffing, foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality technology, FF&E, hotel services, facility solutions, or other hospitality-focused B2B sales.

Compensation

Base Salary:
$76,500-$107,100

Commission

• 8% of Gross Profit on all new Staffing Services accounts
• 1% of Gross Profit on all Outsourcing or Janitorial accounts referred
• $250 for every successful Direct Hire referral
