Our client is expanding and needs a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across law firms, insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies. T

What You’ll Be Doing

  • ·       Identify and close new business through cold calling, email outreach, meetings, and networking.
  • ·       Build long-term client relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment.
  • ·       Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
  • ·       Deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • ·       Track and manage a full sales pipeline to consistently hit KPI’s and targets.
  • ·       Stay current on legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ Years of B2B sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

 

Helpful but Not Required

  • Experience selling into the legal industry
  • Existing professional services or corporate client network.

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target Earning (1st year): $100,000 - $120,000+
  • Commissions: Monthly, Uncapped
