Client Details

Our client is a subsidiary of a global market leader. This role is doing flow control, filtration components and fluid solutions for top Medical OEMS globally.

Description

  • Prospect, identify and uncover new business development with top Medical OEMS
  • Manage a full pipeline from prospect to close
  • Identify target accounts, uncover opportunities, drive sales process and convert new customers.
  • Build a long term strategic partnership with top medical OEMs working with their stakeholders and becoming an extension of their business.
  • Develop strategies to optimize sales process and efficiency.
  • Identify new and manage multiple contacts and stakeholders in top accounts.
  • Forecast revenue, product launches and more.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue planning.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer trends and how our solutions fit into customer manufacturing.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams in product, engineering and development.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering, mathematics or related field desired.
  • 8-10+ years in technical sales.
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience selling into Medical OEMS.
  • Experience selling into top Medical OEMS is a must have.
  • Experience in a prior business development / hunting capacity is a MUST
  • Ability to travel and meet customers in person (30-50%)
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skillset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work indepedently.
  • Ability to research, identify and executive on strategic revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Offer

  • REMOTE ROLE - Midwest desired. Anyone in CST / EST time zones will be considered.
  • Travel - 30-50%
  • Compensation - $120,000 - 150,000 base salary + bonus - offer commensurate with experience
  • 35% bonus opportunity with ability to 2x
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO MEDICAL OEMS
