The Basil Family Dealerships is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales & Service Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle or scheduling service. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting both our Sales and Service teams.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales and Service departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage appointment attendance.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership CRM.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for appointments, customer contact, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the Basil Family Dealerships with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
