About the Role:
Marvelous Plumbing is looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Orange County, CA! In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building lasting relationships that fuel our company's success. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Generate and qualify leads to grow the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Present and promote plumbing services to potential clients and key decision-makers
- Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress using CRM software
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software preferred
- Knowledge of the plumbing, trades, or home services industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
