About the Role
Drive new business in a B2B sales role where you're out in the field, building relationships, and delivering real staffing solutions to clients. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to turn prospects into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
Prospect and close new B2B business through direct, in-person outreach
Own your territory — face-to-face outreach to decision-makers
Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Develop sales strategies, hit targets, and conduct market research
Negotiate contracts and prepare sales reports
Network and attend events to grow your pipeline
Partner with our recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions
What You Bring
2.5–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong skills in lead generation, market research, and networking
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Staffing industry experience is a plus, not required
