Job Level P2. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth across strategic accounts in the NewLogoEast territory. This role is suited for an experienced BDR with a proven track record in outbound prospecting, account engagement, and pipeline creation within complex, enterprise environments. You will partner closely with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to execute targeted account‑based strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and build a strong, qualified pipeline aligned with regional growth objectives.What You'll Do Drive strategic outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid‑market accounts using multi‑channel approaches (calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns).Conduct in‑depth account and market research, particularly within key industries, to identify high‑value opportunities.Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision‑makers and influencers.Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account‑based strategies and territory plans.Qualify inbound and marketing‑generated leads, converting them into high‑quality sales opportunities.Clearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions, aligned to customer challenges and business outcomes.Leverage data, insights, and modern tools (e.g., AI, Sales Navigator) to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.Consistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with regional revenue targets.Maintain accurate pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce.Meet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation, meetings, and conversion rates.What You Bring 1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments.Proven experience as an experienced BDR, with strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation results.Strong understanding of the New Logo East territory.Demonstrated ability to engage mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders in complex organizations.Strong business acumen, curiosity, and strategic thinking.Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.Compensation This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of$48,600–$85,400.
