Business Development Representative

Automotive BDC Representative – Sales & ServiceINFINITI of Charlotte | Matthews, NCPay: $16 per hour plus performance bonuses

INFINITI of Charlotte, part of Mills Auto Group, is looking for motivated, personable Business Development Center (BDC) representatives to support our sales and service departments.

If you’re comfortable on the phone, communicate well through text and email, and know how to turn a customer conversation into an appointment, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for people who follow through, stay organized, and make customers feel welcome from the first interaction.

Sales BDC Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails.• Learn what customers are looking for, answer initial questions, and schedule sales appointments.• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and previous inquiries.• Confirm appointments and coordinate with the sales team so customers are expected and welcomed.• Accurately document conversations, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM.• Work toward established goals for response time, customer contact, appointments set, and appointments kept.

Service BDC Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service inquiries and schedule appointments.• Contact customers regarding routine maintenance, service reminders, and overdue visits.• Follow up with customers who missed appointments and help them reschedule.• Coordinate with service advisors to support an organized appointment schedule.• Communicate appointment details clearly and direct technical or pricing questions to the appropriate service team member.• Maintain accurate customer information and detailed records of each interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone skills and clear, professional written communication.• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and confidence speaking with new people.• Consistent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple conversations.• Comfort using computers, CRM systems, texting platforms, and scheduling tools.• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.• A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with sales and service teams.• Previous automotive BDC, call center, customer service, appointment-setting, or sales experience is preferred.

Compensation

Earn $16 per hour plus performance bonuses, with opportunities to increase your earnings through strong results.
