We are a global company headquartered in New York, with offices in Chicago, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.About the rolePico is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our enterprise business across the global financial market's ecosystem within AMRS, EMEA, & APAC. This role focuses on lead generation and pipeline development across both existing strategic accounts and new logo prospects, including banks, hedge funds, market makers, exchanges, and trading technology firms. Working closely with Senior Sales Leaders and Marketing, the BDR will identify new opportunities, build stakeholder intelligence across target organizations, and generate qualified leads for the enterprise sales team.Responsibilities and DutiesConduct cold calls to identify and qualify new business opportunitiesExecute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and generate meetingsAct as the primary point of contact for all client requests, administrative, technical matters, and new business inquiriesSupport marketing‑led campaigns and events, including following up on leads from industry events and conferencesDevelop a deep understanding of Pico's services and products to effectively communicate value propositions to potential new customersIdentify decision‑makers and technical stakeholders across trading, infrastructure, engineering, and market data teamsMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in SalesforceWork closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align on messaging and coordinate follow‑upsSchedule meetings for the Sales Team and assist in moving deals through early stages of the Sales cycleProvide feedback to the wider Sales Team on market trends, prospect pain points, and competitor intelligenceEducation, Skills, and BackgroundMinimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales, business development, or lead generation role, preferably in FinTech, technology, or infrastructure related fieldPrevious experience selling into financial services or enterprise IT environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills criticalPrior experience with CRM / marketing platforms such as Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedInSelf‑starter, team player, energetic, enthusiastic, and organizedStrong organization skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree (or equivalent) would be an advantageWhat we OfferThe opportunity to grow your career in a fast‑paced, high‑growth company at the heart of capital markets technologyA structured pathway toward a Junior Sales Executive roleExposure to global clients, complex trading environments, and leading financial technologiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageWorking ArrangementsThis is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home.
