Business Development Representative (Remote)

With over 65 years of custom printing experience Rydin provides solutions for a variety of industries including: Parking Management, Elementary and Secondary Education, Manufacturing, Healthcare Facilities, Professional Sports and Entertainment Venues, Airports, and more.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative's primary goal is to generate new business opportunities for Rydin and establish a customer communication record in our customer relationship management system (CRM). The Business Development Representative will contact prospective customers withing our markets, send samples and establish a relationship to build our accounts. After establishing a relationship with the customer, Business Development manages the transition from Sales Development to the proper Account Representative.
This role requires a highly motivated individual who will learn our product offerings and articulate well on the phone, via email, and video calls as appropriate. It requires a professional that can think outside of the box to find and utilize the most effective ways to engage and interact with potential new clients. The Business Development Representative must be intuitive to gauge the interest of the potential customer and have a willingness to learn the customer's business needs. This position will gain experience in each of Rydin's market segments and interact with the entire sales department.
