Do you love creating social media content, meeting new people, and getting involved in your community?
We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to our agency's marketing and community outreach efforts.
This isn't your typical desk job! You'll have the opportunity to create engaging content, attend community events, connect with local businesses, and help grow our agency's presence throughout Longview.
What You'll Be Doing:- Social Media & Content Creation
- Create fun, engaging, and professional content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Film and edit short videos, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop creative ideas to showcase our team, agency culture, and community involvement.
- Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
- Help grow our online audience and engagement.
- Community Outreach & Networking
- Visit local businesses and centers of influence weekly to build relationships.
- Represent our agency at networking events, community activities, and local gatherings.
- Help identify new referral partners and community partnership opportunities.
- Develop creative ways to keep our agency top of mind in the community.
- Events & Marketing
- Help plan, coordinate, and promote agency events.
- Coordinate participation in community events and sponsorships.
- Capture photos and videos at events for social media.
- Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas and campaigns.

- Are comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in short videos.
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people.
- Are creative, organized, and self-motivated.
- Enjoy variety and don't want to sit behind a desk all day.
- Can work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Are comfortable using Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and video editing apps.
- Have reliable transportation for local outreach and events.
- Marketing, content creation, event planning, or business networking experience is a plus, but not required.
