Steve DiOrio State Farm is seeking a driven and personable Business Development Representative to help grow our agency by building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Educate clients on State Farm products including auto, home, life, and financial services
Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed sales goals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Represent the agency at community events and local networking opportunities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
