As a Community Outreach Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting people to life-changing care while building a successful, long-term career in a high-impact, relationship-driven role.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
Valid driver's license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards

Coordinator level starting at $85,000+ base salary
