Business Enablement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Enablement Leader in executing strategic priorities, business initiatives, and organizational objectives.
• Consult with leadership team in evaluating current processes/functions, develop strategies to improve, and be accountable to drive changes.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve team effectiveness, streamline processes, and enhance business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver senior executive presentations that clearly convey complex information and strategic plans while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating management and meeting routines across Commercial Banking; attend meetings, track actions, and follow up to completion.
• Coordinate with the Sales Enablement and Finance & Business Management teams to complete required business unit financial reporting and business management deliverables.
• Coordinate planning of annual goals and manage routines to track progress throughout the year utilizing company data sources.
• Partner closely with the Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of business unit-related projects and programs (as applicable).
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution and follow-through.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and assist in preparing materials for:
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Operating Committee meetings
  • Risk Committee meetings
  • Special Project Meetings
  • Other key stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate employee communications and engagement efforts such as town halls and weekly meetings.
• Manage adherence to compliance efforts according to company-wide standards (business continuity, records retention, etc.).
• Other ad-hoc duties as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking/financial services; prefer experience working in Commercial Banking or a related business support function preferred.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with an ability to quickly resolve issues and deliver on expectations.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM, Power BI, data visualization tools, and reporting platforms preferred.
• Clear and articulate communicator who can interact across levels of the organization and markets with executive presence.
• Ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and drive action.
• Ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive planning skills with meticulous attention to detail, follow up, and execution.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
