Business Execution Consultant

Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. This position supports lending capabilities within wholesale operations, leading project teams and managing activities throughout the project life-cycle. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted business challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings, track timelines, and manage issues.
• Manage enhancements and determine their potential effects on Operations.
• Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
• Serve as a liaison with leadership as needed.
• Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work effectively in a team environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or project/product delivery experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage issues.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Operations experience.
• LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge.
