Part-Time Commercial Insurance Sales Producer (Property & Auto) — Ohio --- W-2 • ~20 hours/week • New Business Only

New to B2B sales (or looking for your first real “pipeline-to-close” experience)? This is a perfect opportunity to break into B2B sales through a fast-paced, relationship-driven industry—commercial insurance!


This role is also perfect for stay-at-home moms looking for flexible part-time work—with a clear path to earning more based on performance.


We help business owners secure Commercial Property (Fire) and Commercial Auto coverage. No renewals—just new sales.


What You’ll Do

• Talk with business owners and decision-makers (B2B conversations!)
• Collect info + submit applications to quote properly
• Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies
• Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio-based)
• Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go
• Track everything in our CRM (leads quotes bound policies)

What You’ll Sell

• Commercial Property (Fire)
• Commercial Auto

Pay & Incentives (W-2)

• Base pay:$15.00/hour
• Plus commissions:Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal!
   
  • Commissions are uncapped 

Target

•  ~5 bound commercial policies/month

Requirements

• Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• ️ Strong communication + confidence speaking with business owners
• ️ Reliable follow-up skills and good time management
• Reliable transportation (if in-person)
