- Growth: The role sits within a product-focused group that is expanding, with potential long-term paths into project management leadership or team management.
Focused HR Notes:
Primarily and engineer but someone with an project management flair. I'm looking for a self-driven, cross-functional project leader to guide new product integrations and product transfers across its U.S. fabrication facilities. This person acts as a "mini project manager” for each move. They bring Quality, Operations, and Engineering together, gather the product knowledge the receiving facility needs, and make sure go-live is smooth and problem-free.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who likes owning projects from start to finish. It offers real influence over multiple product lines and processes, and a clear path to grow within a newly forming, product-focused team.
