Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do
You'll keep a sales division's data engine running, from the OLAP sales data model and Alteryx pipelines to the Tableau dashboards leaders rely on, and turn that data into clear recommendations for Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Oversee the performance, reliability, and scheduled refresh of the division's OLAP-based sales data model; run quality checks and fix discrepancies, missing records, or load failures
- Assess existing data structures and propose improvements for scalability and query performance
- Design, deploy, and support automated ETL pipelines in Alteryx or comparable tools; monitor scheduled jobs, triage failures, and restore data flows with minimal disruption
- Update pipeline logic for territory changes, account restructuring, and product portfolio updates, and run periodic health reviews to retire outdated inputs and fix logic
- Lead Tableau dashboard development from stakeholder discovery through deployment and user training
- Administer the reporting environment (data sources, extracts, refresh schedules), keep metric definitions accurate, and retire low-usage or redundant reports
- Govern reference and master data: maintain sales hierarchy and product reference tables as people, territories, products, and end-of-life items change
- Manage product-to-material relationships in the ERP environment, resolve data quality exceptions, and keep classification logic consistent across systems and reports
- Analyze sales performance for trends, variances, and growth opportunities, and present concise recommendations through dashboards, written summaries, and presentations
- Map workflows, find inefficiencies, and recommend practical, well-documented improvements
- Act as liaison among Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve data issues and integrate new sources, and help reconcile sales data against financial records
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in a B2B environment
- Advanced experience building and maintaining ETL workflows in Alteryx or a similar platform
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries against large datasets
- Deep Tableau experience across dashboard design, data source management, and governance
- A solid understanding of dimensional modeling and OLAP/cube concepts
- Experience managing hierarchies and reference data in a sales operations setting
- Working knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce), BI (e.g., Power BI), and ERP platforms
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
